Review and resolve payroll tax notices by state agencies. Register for new withholding and unemployment accounts as needed. Process timesheets from the automated time collection system on a weekly basis. Prepare the tax file for third-party filing service for statutory tax reporting. Assist with Year End reporting and W2 processing. Maintain employee records relating to payroll employer contributions. Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in related field or 3-5 years of experience in Payroll Administration. Knowledge of federal and multi-state tax requirements. Experience with the following systems is a plus: ADP Smart Compliance, Deltek Time Collection, Microsoft Office, and Power BI (reporting). Additional Details
