Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Reporting is an important part of the team that serves as our experts in consolidated U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting and that helps solve global accounting issues. The Senior Financial Analyst has a high level of visibility to finance leadership and works with peers and senior leadership in headquarters, business, regional, and functional organizations and with internal and external auditors. The Senior Financial Analyst reports directly to the ESG and Financial Reporting Controller and works with other members of the Global Finance Organization. Responsibilities
Prepare portions of quarterly (Form 10-Q) and annual (Form 10-K) reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Assist Investor Relations with preparation of quarterly earnings release documents Respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors during the quarterly review and annual audit process Prepare sections of the monthly financial reporting package, including the statement of cash flows, balance sheet, earnings per share, and sales by destination report, which are distributed to senior management Analyze information submitted by departments and locations and ask questions to ensure completeness and accuracy Research complex accounting issues, including assisting with ad-hoc technical accounting questions from different global finance personnel, and prepare technical memos Account for areas within the Financial Reporting team which could include goodwill and intangible assets, business combinations, and share-based compensation Research and implementation of new accounting standards Promote finance process improvements Complete special projects and analyses as requested by management The Essentials - You Will Have

5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience CPA Big 4 public accounting firm experience and exposure to global industrial companies Exposure to U.S. GAAP accounting standards and research Working knowledge of SAP, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud, and Workiva Wdesk Experience managing multiple short-range and long-range tasks Willingness to challenge the status quo to enhance productivity and processes What We Offer
