FP&A Manager – Global Luxury Brand | NYC (4 in / 1 out). We’re partnering exclusively with a globally recognized luxury fashion brand to hire a Manager, Corporate FP&A for their Americas HQ in Midtown Manhattan. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role focused on
forecasting, analysis, and reporting
— ideal for someone who loves the execution side of finance and wants to work closely with business leaders across departments like Marketing, HR, IT, and more. You’ll report to the Director of Finance and manage one Analyst. Own wholesale P&L forecasting, margin analysis, and reporting Lead OPEX planning and people cost forecasting across all corporate functions Analyze monthly results and present clear insights to leadership Partner with cross-functional teams to support planning and budget accuracy Manage and mentor a Financial Analyst Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, with
1+ year managing or mentoring
team members. Dotted-line management counts Background in retail, consumer goods, or fashion/luxury strongly preferred Excel expert; experience with SAP, BPC, or Power BI a plus Attention to detail, ability to produce clean reporting, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Ability to translate numbers into business language for non-finance teams Compensation
Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus Range is provided by Atrium; actual pay will be based on skills and experience — speak with your recruiter to learn more.
