Administrative Assistant
to join and support their team! This position is
full-time onsite
at their
beautiful office in Chicago, IL.
Job Responsibilities
Enter time and submit expense reports for attorneys
Process billing memos
Perform other administrative duties including scanning documents, blacklining, preparing mail for shipping, and handling all incoming mail
Proofread and edit documents as needed
Work with attorneys on other tasks that require special instructions
Maintain all general files
Greet and welcome clients and visitors
Manage calendars for attorneys (scheduling appointments, court dates, conference calls, travel)
Attend scheduled training sessions
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a professional environment
Bachelor’s degree; prior law firm experience is preferred
Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong typing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
Salary Range $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience
