Landscaping Manager

to join this incredible team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. Classification: Full-Time Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. What will I be doing?

Oversees, visually assesses and tracks the quality, condition and maintenance of physical grounds and related systems and equipment in accordance with established standards, regulations and guidelines. Selects and schedules all vendor services, tracks expenses, develops and manages landscaping budget and keeps accurate records. Defines, assigns and verifies completion of all maintenance, repairs and renovation projects. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. What are we looking for?
