Provide design, development, implementation, and integration of a predominantly cloud-based compute/network/storage infrastructure and support modernization of the program platform’s design using DevOps/DevSecOps tools and automation. Support development and operations environments on a large program producing a critical national asset; perform hands-on engineering as well as documentation and baseline control. Design, develop, and optimize build, integration & test, and deployment pipelines for performance and scalability across cloud environments. Leverage best practices to improve scalability, consistency, infrastructure efficiency, reduce deployment time, and automate configuration management. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other agile teams to design and implement robust platform solutions. Integrate security and compliance into the platform with services such as encryption and access management. Provide operational support for the platform. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires BS/BA in STEM fields (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Experience designing, implementing, and integrating cloud-based systems on infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS). Experience with automation frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef. Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, Go). Current TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance is required on day 1. U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility. Qualifications We Prefer
Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting CI/CD pipelines tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, GitLab). Experience developing, testing & delivering applications within a DevSecOps framework. Experience with Red Hat Linux and related automation tooling. Experience with scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Fortify, Anchore). Infrastructure experience with computers, networks, storage, and virtualization. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. Ability to troubleshoot applications and infrastructure services on Linux-based operating systems. DoD 8570 IAT level II or equivalent security certifications. What We Offer
