Senior Solutions Engineer
to join their growing team in Austin. This company is on a mission to transform the way money moves around the world by enabling banks, financial institutions, and major tech companies to offer seamless international payment services through powerful API integrations. Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Provide technical consulting and product guidance to partners, primarily post-sale Work directly with banks and enterprise clients to design and implement best-in-class integrations Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver solutions Support business development by scoping new features and technical requirements for larger partners Enhance the developer experience with improved documentation, SDKs, and reference implementations Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues alongside support teams Contribute to product strategy by sharing partner insights and integration requirements Travel occasionally to work with colleagues across North America and Europe Qualifications
Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and integration projects Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar role (fintech, payments, or SaaS preferred) Ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-starter with the curiosity and drive to solve complex problems Details
