Offer Management Pricing Analyst

at Granite Telecommunications coordinates the company's effort in creating customer quote proposals. The role works closely with the Premier and Sales departments to ensure pricing accuracy of all quote proposals and to meet the pricing needs of current or potential customers. Responsibilities span from gathering relevant data to engaging with customers to understand concerns, requirements, and product preferences, to leading the creation of the quote proposal and assembling the financial margin for each quote. An important aspect of the position is the ability to understand multiple details that go into each quote proposal and the overall customer ask. The Offer Management Pricing Analyst participates in internal calls to review final quotes or discuss aspects needing further evaluation. Effective communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions is necessary. Collaboration with multiple teams—Sales, Premier, Solution Engineers, Legal, and other Finance members—will be pertinent to ensure coordinated responses to each quote proposal. In addition to managing quote proposal requests, you will address daily inquiries received via email, correspond with previous or potential customers, and handle team and individual tasks. The role is crucial in creating and evaluating the financial impact of each quote proposal. Strict business and product rules must be followed to ensure the deal is beneficial for both the customer and Granite. The Pricing Analyst will play a vital role in making informed pricing decisions throughout the quote proposal process. Overall, the role involves coordinating and managing the quote proposal process, working with various stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely responses. Duties and Responsibilities

Define the customer’s need while coordinating with the Sales and Premier team to gather comprehensive information about pricing and solution requirements. Work with solution engineers to analyze customer requirements to ensure the proper solution is quoted. Collaborate with the Legal Team to ensure pricing terms and requirements are incorporated into the customer LOA or MSA. Create and review quote proposals and margin analyses that consider financial implications and share details with stakeholders. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the quoting process, including sales, solution engineers, legal, and customers. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Maintain high accuracy on all quote proposals with strong attention to detail. Be flexible and adaptable to changes in the quoting process. Follow established guidelines and use quoting templates to ensure quality results. Work with confidential information, exercising judgment and discretion. Gather relevant data, create margin analyses, and apply special pricing. Assess final pricing to ensure it is competitive and meets customer needs. Create customer quote proposal documents tailored to individual requirements, preferences, and constraints. Prepare customer margins and special pricing documents, including calculating Granite’s cost, proposed rates, and how it aligns with Granite’s standard pricing structure. Develop quote proposals and margins that consider promotional pricing, volume-based discounts, and custom pricing packages. Confirm pricing structure and financial standing when onboarding new customers and products. Assist with updating quoting databases and market data to remain competitive for future bids. Travel as required. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; strong coordination and planning skills Experience with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software Basic technical skills in PowerPivot, Access, and data mining Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Ability to think both strategically and tactically Ability to self-motivate for task completion and knowledge increase Solid grasp of mathematics and statistics, with the ability to work with complex calculations Ability to communicate complex numerical information concisely Knowledge of financial concepts, such as profit margins, cost analysis, and pricing strategies Preferred Qualifications

SQL experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline or equivalent experience Experience in a quote or pricing analysis role Comfortable with Salesforce #LI-SM1
