Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of professionals including software developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to drive the design and development of software. Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to identify and define business problems and requirements. Architect elegant and scalable solutions that leverage the latest technologies and best practices. Take a hands-on approach to developing efficient and maintainable code bases. Test your work to ensure high standards of quality. Mentor junior and senior developers. Qualifications
A bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, management of information systems, information technology, or information technology and accounting. A master’s degree in a related field is a plus. A practical approach to building software. 7+ years of experience working with
Microsoft .NET, C#, and object-oriented principles Relational databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL Web API development, testing, and deployment Azure hosting and utilizing common services
3+ years of experience in front-end technologies like React and JavaScript/TypeScript, leading software development teams, designing and architecting systems, and deploying and implementing solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial approach to work. Excellent communication and business writing skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Tax knowledge and related experience is a plus. Partnership tiering and allocation, Asset Wealth Management, or Private Equity experience is a plus. Benefits and Compensation
The salary range is $110,000 - $140,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is offered based on individual and firm performance. Regular employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life and disability coverages, and a 401(k) retirement plan with potential discretionary contributions.
