Commercial Roofing Account Executive (Service & Re-Roof) – W2 | Base + Commission. We’re expanding across Florida and seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Account Executive to develop and manage B2B relationships with property managers, developers, and business owners. This is a W2 base + commission role designed for motivated professionals who know how to sell value, manage long sales cycles, and close high-quality work. What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain B2B relationships with property managers, developers, and commercial clients. Conduct roof inspections, collect measurements, and prepare detailed proposals. Present professional re-roofing, repair, and maintenance solutions for TPO, BUR, PVC, EPDM, and metal systems. Negotiate and close contracts while maintaining profitability and exceptional client service. Manage leads, opportunities, and client communication through AccuLynx (CRM). Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Represent Level Best Roofing’s values: Integrity, Accountability, Proactivity, Customer Focus, and Growth. What You Bring
3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (roofing or construction preferred). Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal). Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and manage complex sales cycles. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and takeoff software (Bluebeam Revu a plus). Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: W2 | Base + Commission Base Pay Range: $30,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience) Projected Total Compensation: $100,000 – $180,000+ annually (uncapped) Commission Structure: Earn 10%–25% of the gross sale on closed and funded projects.
