Regional Account Manager - Commercial Roofing Sales- Dallas, TX

We are currently looking for a motivated Regional Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive continued growth in our service revenue sources across local and regional accounts. Business Development: Establish new clients and foster relationships within your designated territory. Conduct cold calling, B2B marketing, and attend networking events to build a strong client base. Sales & Proposals: Work with team to prepare service estimates and deliver compelling sales proposals/presentations to potential clients. Close new business deals by understanding client requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning business operations with client needs. Client Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with existing customers, conduct site visits, and maintain ongoing relationships. Maximize market potential by ensuring client satisfaction and offering tailored roofing solutions. Roofing Expertise: Act as a roofing resource to clients, providing solutions-based recommendations and options (repair, restoration, or replacement). Review and provide cost-effective analysis for various roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing. Project Coordination: Work with the Operations team to ensure proposals are accurate and comprehensive. Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure the timely delivery of services. Networking & Lead Generation: Build a network of sources for new leads, leveraging existing relationships and project databases to maintain a steady flow of sales opportunities. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Keep detailed documentation of construction projects, client interactions, and proposals. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Skills & Knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of services and proposals. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus. Commercial Roofing experience is Highly preferred but not required. Need at least 2+ years sales experience, ideally in roofing/construction/building products, etc. Experience with commercial roofing systems and services, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofing. Ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored, cost-effective solutions in the commercial roofing market. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Include
