Overview
Join Go Behavioral, a mission-driven ABA provider committed to delivering life-changing services with empathy, innovation, and clinical excellence. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Fresno team.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, etc.) to evaluate developmental needs and behavior functions
Design and implement personalized ABA treatment plans targeting communication, social skills, independence, and behavior management
Supervise and support RBTs and BTs through observations, coaching, and performance feedback
Engage families with consistent communication and individualized parent training
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech, OT, and educational professionals
Monitor progress using real-time data and adjust programming to ensure goal achievement
Maintain detailed clinical documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards
Contribute to team meetings, case reviews, and staff development initiatives
Qualifications
Certified BCBA in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Strong clinical, supervision, and communication skills
Passion for innovation and family-centered care
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
Details
Location: Fresno, CA (in-home, school, and clinic-based)
Schedule: Flexible full-time
Salary: $85,000 – $120,000/year (DOE)
Bonus Structure: Monthly performance-based bonuses + annual retention bonus
Start Date: Immediate openings available
