We’re seeking an enthusiastic

BCBA

to design and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s individual needs. You’ll work directly with families and supervise

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

while guiding data-based decision-making and promoting skill acquisition for children with autism. Key Responsibilities (BCBA Job Duties) Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) Design, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians Analyze behavioral data to track progress and make clinical adjustments Collaborate with caregivers to promote generalization of skills across environments Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and HIPAA guidelines Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure safety protocols are followed Participate in clinical meetings, team case reviews, and ongoing training Qualifications & Requirements Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 1–2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or related disorders Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention strategies Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills CPR/First Aid and Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for local travel if needed) Additional Responsibilities Support crisis management and implement de-escalation strategies when needed Contribute to the growth and development of ABA programs Stay current with ABA best practices, research, and continuing education Mentor and train new clinical staff and RBTs Advocate for clients in home, school, and community settings Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times About BCOTB
