Mid-level CI HUMINT Analyst (Fort Sam Houston, TX) - G3X/G2X
Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level CI HUMINT Analyst to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. The primary place of performance will be Fort Sam Houston, TX. Anticipated Award: April 2026; Anticipated Start: May 2026; Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years; Location: Fort Sam Houston, TX; Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI.
Responsibilities
The CI HUMINT Analyst shall prepare intelligence reports and assessments for the supported Command’s mission planning and force protection efforts.
Identify asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities to U.S. interests in the Area of Responsibility (AOR); assess and monitor the internal security situation in the AOR as it pertains to force protection.
Deliverables include CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDS, strategic assessments, reports, white papers, briefings, and coordination; develop strategic collection management plans and perform analysis, deconfliction, and oversight.
Produce highly complex all-source CI analytic production to support Army CI efforts to counter threats to Army R&D, acquisitions, and defense critical infrastructure worldwide, including supply chains and related threats.
Conduct intelligence analysis to enable CI-HUMINT efforts based on established analytical tradecraft, supporting current and future full-spectrum operations.
Demonstrate advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
Knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to duties.
Willingness to undergo counterintelligence-scope polygraph examinations with NDI as required.
Required Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
Certifications: DoD Intelligence Fundamentals; or CDASA-1/2; or CCMP-F; or Intelligence Planner Certification.
Military or Government Education: U.S. Government all-source MOS or equivalent analytical certification; HT-JCOE – Joint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course or DIA Targeting Officer Course or IC equivalent.
10 full-time years in a CI-HUMINT analysis, management or leadership position.
5 full-time years as a CI-HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI/HUMINT or related activities.
3 full-time years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics, including threats to DCIP and DoD supply chains and related technologies.
