Responsibilities: Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for mission planning and force protection. Identify asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities in the AOR and assess the internal security situation. Deliverables include CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDS, strategic assessments, reports, white papers, briefings, and coordination documents. Support Army CI efforts to counter FIE threats, supply chains, and technical threats to defense infrastructure. Conduct intelligence analysis supporting CI-HUMINT efforts using established methodologies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD). Perform other duties as needed. Willing to undergo counterintelligence-scope polygraph examinations. Required qualifications/skills: Master's Degree required. Certifications such as DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, Certified Defense All-Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2, or equivalent. U.S. Government all-source MOS or analytical certification course. HT-JCOE or DIA Targeting Officer Course or equivalent. 12 years in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership. 8 years as a CI-HUMINT analyst in a strategic role supporting CI, HUMINT, or related activities. 5 years analyzing regional and functional CIHUMINT topics, including threats to defense infrastructure and emerging technologies.
