Accounting Manager
to lead its accounting operations. This is a full-time, direct hire, fully onsite position. Key Responsibilities Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial statements. Prepare, review, and present consolidated financial results for management. Ensure adherence to US GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls. Support internal and external audits, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to all audit-related queries. Oversee key accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, general ledger, and fixed asset management. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize ERP system functionality and accounting workflows. Maintain and enforce robust internal controls across all accounting processes. Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in accounting policies, procedures, and systems. Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering professional growth and accountability. Collaborate with teams across supply chain and operations to ensure financial alignment with business goals. Serve as a key liaison with subsidiaries, ensuring consistency in accounting practices and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA a plus. 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a leadership or managerial role. Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. Expertise in ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams. Seniority level
