Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting operations and drive financial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial statements.
  • Prepare, review, and present consolidated financial results for management.
  • Ensure adherence to US GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to all audit-related queries.
  • Oversee key accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, general ledger, and fixed asset management.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize ERP system functionality and accounting workflows.
  • Maintain and enforce robust internal controls across all accounting processes.
  • Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in accounting policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering professional growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate with teams across supply chain and operations to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison with subsidiaries, ensuring consistency in accounting practices and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA a plus.
  • 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Expertise in ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams.
