Deliver a consultative sales approach to deliver need solutions.
Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards.
Properly enter and track sales.
Most importantly, you will deliver high quality customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
Knowledge and skills common with 4 or more years’ experience in a sales role for a wholesale distribution business.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in leadership.
Skills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership, outside sales, or other internal opportunities.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
Operation of Office Equipment – Operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, with attention to near vision and manual dexterity.
Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, clarity of speech, and recognition.
Written Communication Skills – Writing, reading and written comprehension, and written expression.
Mental Capacities – Includes a range of cognitive capabilities such as analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, adaptability, initiative, dependability, and time management.
Physical Demands Additional physical demands of this role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 75 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job during assigned hours. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
