Senior Tax Analyst (Hybrid)

MKS Inc. Overview The Senior Tax Analyst will collect and process quarterly provision calculations from foreign subsidiaries and support the preparation of U.S. taxable income calculations. This position reports to the Tax Manager. Responsibilities
Manage the collection and review of multi-jurisdictional foreign tax packages. Review the foreign provision to return adjustments and verify tax account balances are accurate. Prepare U.S. federal taxable income workpapers to support ASC 740 and IRS filings. Analyze the nature of trial balance accounts for U.S. book-to-tax differences. Assist with the preparation of the Company’s global income tax provision and related financial statement disclosures. Assist with maintaining workbooks that support the quarterly provision, including uncertain tax positions, valuation allowance assessments, and consolidated income statements and balance sheets. Perform and document procedures for internal controls to comply with SOX requirements. Initiate process improvements through tax technology (e.g., OneSource, Oracle, SAP, HFM, Power Query, etc.). Prepare and reconcile U.S. fixed asset data for tax reporting purposes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of job-related work experience Strong proficiency in Excel Preferred Skills
Master’s degree CPA certification Experience in OneSource Tax Provision and Hyperion History of working with/in multi-national corporations Work Design
Hybrid work arrangement; located within commutable distance to Andover, MA Relocation benefits are not available Additional Details
