Overview The Implementation Consultant is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Paycor clients, ranging from single product delivery to multi-product, complex relationships. The role executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of milestones, collaborates with team members to enable thorough and accurate conversions, and provides consultative input on products and services to meet clients\' business requirements. Successful candidates establish immediate rapport with clients, understand their needs, address challenges, and drive the implementation forward. They should also demonstrate influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize the Paycor software to maximize productivity, satisfaction, and retention.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the transition of new clients from their existing human capital management software to the Paycor product suite; apply effective client service and change management practices to ensure a smooth conversion.
Act as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process; escalate needs, issues, and concerns to the appropriate business partners and management as needed.
Establish strong working relationships with clients through clear expectation-setting and mutual trust. Define clients\' requirements and objectives so the project team clearly understands them.
Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve milestones and goals.
Coordinate with non-client facing Implementation team members to ensure accurate database configuration.
Test client data and Paycor system configuration to ensure proper functionality and quality; resolve data discrepancies from testing and initial production activity.
Investigate, analyze, and recommend solutions for client issues; collaborate with Implementation leadership and Technical Support to address recurring problems.
Maintain accurate project status in Paycor project management software; provide real-time updates to stakeholders; identify and mitigate project risks.
Conduct face-to-face, telephone, or web-based system review sessions with new users.
Work with sales partners to ensure client expectations are met; provide technical expertise to support the Sales team when needed.
Transition clients to ongoing Client Services Support resources after successful implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree - Required
1 year of experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management, or business-to-business sales experience is a plus.
Knowledge of human capital software preferred.
Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is $51,500.00 - $82,212.00 annually. This range is base pay and does not include other components of the total rewards package. If hired, compensation will be determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience, which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
