Overview The Implementation Consultant is responsible for utilizing best‑in‑class implementation practices to onboard Paycor clients, spanning from single product delivery to multi‑product, complex relationships. Regardless of complexity, the Implementation Consultant executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, closely collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion, and provides consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients' business requirements. Successful Implementation candidates will demonstrate a dedicated focus on clients, establishing immediate rapport, understanding needs, addressing concerns, and driving the implementation forward. They will possess influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize the Paycor software to maximize productivity, satisfaction, and retention.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the transition of new clients from their existing human capital management software to the Paycor product suite; utilize client service and change management practices to ensure a smooth conversion.
Act as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process; raise needs, issues, and concerns to business partners and management as appropriate.
Build a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectations and mutual trust. Ensure clients' requirements and business objectives are defined clearly and understood by the entire project team.
Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals.
Coordinate with non‑client‑facing Implementation team members to guarantee accurate database configuration.
Test client data and Paycor system configuration to ensure proper functionality and quality; resolve data discrepancies from testing and/or initial production activity.
Investigate, analyze, and recommend solutions for client issues; collaborate with Implementation leadership and Technical Support staff to eliminate recurring issues.
Maintain accurate project status in Paycor project management software; provide real‑time updates as needed and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Conduct face‑to‑face or web‑based system review sessions with new users.
Work closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are met; provide technical expertise to support the sales team when needed.
Transition clients to ongoing Client Services Support resources upon successful implementation.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree – Required
1 year of experience in a client‑facing position; prior implementation, project management, or business‑to‑business sales experience is a plus.
Knowledge of human capital software preferred.
Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, the starting base pay range for this position is $47,600–$74,800 annually. This range is the base pay only and does not include other components that make up the total rewards package. Total compensation may vary based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
