Under a five-year contract, the Requirements & Program Analyst will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope includes professional services for MARCENT located aboard MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, supporting the G-8 (Comptroller Directorate). The G-8 advises and ensures efficient, effective, and compliant financial resource management for MARCENT. Responsibilities
Provide program analysis services supporting deployed forces' requirements. Assist in staffing, development, and recommendation of MARCENT positions for MROC and MRB processes. Develop the MARCENT Unfunded Priority List (UPL) through program capability gap analyses. Research and report on potential resources to mitigate identified gaps. Develop assessments, briefs, and coordinate with staff to support the Commander's participation in MROC. Support the development of strategy, policy, campaign plans, and staffing documents related to a service component headquarters. Support internal MARCENT working groups as required. Education & Certification
Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas. Must meet certification requirements per OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301. Must complete a favorable in-scope ST5 investigation for SCI eligibility, maintaining security clearance for the contract duration. Higher Education degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Research or related field preferred. Security Clearance
Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance. Work Location
MARCENT, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. Travel required to various locations, including countries in the CENTCOM AOR, with support for rapid deployment and OCONUS travel throughout the CENTCOM AOR.
