Must be able to meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01 and Air Force Manual 17-1301.

Must be able to complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation requirement), favorable, ST5 investigation (to include SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD Continuous Evaluation (CE) / Continuous Vetting (CV) program), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD Central Adjudication Facility (DoD CAF) without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance and must maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract.

Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance

Higher Education degree in Information Science, Intelligence, or Data Science preferred

Experience Required

Experience conducting counterintelligence/human intelligence for the United States Department of Defense

Strong writing, analytical, and reading skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate

Ten years' military experience

Job Objective Support the US Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands under a five-year contract. The scope includes professional services at MacDill AFB, Florida, supporting MARCENT located aboard, and providing intelligence support within the USCENTCOM AOR to assist in decision-making and staff actions.

Responsibilities

Provide CI/HUMINT collection, analysis, and requirements (CHARC) management services

Deliver CI/HUMINT analysis and collections management services at the expert proficiency level

Execute collection management requirements at the MEF, MARFOR, and joint levels

Develop and review requirements, targeting support, and analytical products for submission to higher, adjacent, and supporting units

Prepare and submit unclassified and classified reports and briefs as appropriate

Education & Certification

Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.

Must meet certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301.

Must complete a favorable ST5 investigation per DoD requirements, adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD CAF, with no conditions or waivers, and maintain security clearance for the contract duration.

Higher Education degree in Information Science, Intelligence, or Data Science preferred, Army 351M, USMC 0204 or 0210.

Work Location

MARCENT, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida

Travel: Support to various countries in CENTCOM AOR, with the ability to travel on short notice to support personnel recovery and training.
