Key Responsibilities: Key Account Management: Manage the full lifecycle of customers, from onboarding to retention. Develop strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Industry Expertise: Utilize expertise in the e-commerce and offline retail industries to provide tailored logistics solutions. Apply deep knowledge of US market trends and practices to meet client demands effectively. Sales and Operations: Leverage of experience in e-commerce sales models, logistics supply chain management, and cross-border operations to drive results. Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized logistics strategies that align with their business goals. Customer-Centric Approach: Identify customer needs and pain points to deliver actionable solutions promptly. Actively engage with internal teams to enhance customer experience capabilities and resolve issues efficiently. Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a high-performance environment. Set team objectives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Cultural Acumen: Demonstrate a solid understanding of American culture to enhance client communication and engagement. Build rapport with clients through professional and social interactions. Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Generate reports and presentations to track account performance and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: Industry Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL within the US market. In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce and online retail industries. Professional Experience: Proven expertise in logistics supply chain management and cross-border operations. Demonstrated success in managing and expanding customers. Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in identifying and fostering business opportunities with clients. Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Exceptional customer service mindset with the ability to address and resolve client issues effectively. Skilled at driving collaboration across internal teams to optimize customer experience. Fluent in English, with strong business Chinese skills. Familiarity with logistics, e-commerce, and relevant terminologies. Solid understanding of American and Chinese culture to enhance communication and client relations. Seniority level
