Schrödinger seeks a
Senior Account Manager
to join us in our mission to transform the discovery of therapeutics and materials with our digital chemistry platform.
As a member of our Life Sciences Sales team, you’ll grow revenue in your assigned territory, manage renewal and new business opportunities, and engage with diverse stakeholders in R&D, IT, and senior leadership. You’ll also collaborate closely with Schrödinger Applications Scientists, Deployment Managers, and Product Managers.

What you’ll do:
Create and implement effective strategies to increase revenue in your territory and ensure business objectives are met
Manage all engagements with assigned accounts, including coordination with cross-functional teams
Identify and close new software and services opportunities in your territory
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at your accounts
Provide client feedback and market insights to internal product managers and scientific support team members
Maintain accurate sales forecast reporting and client activity tracking in Salesforce
What you should have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
An understanding of the drug discovery process
Minimum five years experience selling complex scientific software solutions, and a track record of exceeding targets

Estimated base salary range: $100,000 - $160,000 with a 35% bonus. The actual compensation package depends on factors such as experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
