The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and representing clients in various legal matters. Day-to-day tasks may involve handling cases related to Real Estate Law, Landlord/Tenant, Probate, and Wills & Estate Planning. This is a hybrid role located in Mount Holly, NJ, allowing for work from home. Qualifications Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research Skilled in Negotiation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Bar admission in New Jersey preferred Experience in the practice areas of Real Estate Law, Probate, Landlord/Tenant, and Wills & Estate Planning is a plus We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
