Associate Attorney

Apex Law is a comprehensive law firm that addresses the needs of both individual and corporate clients. Our focus areas include litigation, construction, taxation, estates and trusts, probate, and corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A). We strive to provide tailored legal services to meet the unique needs of every client. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney, located in Livonia, MI with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and handling cases related to various domains of law, including construction and real estate law. Day-to-day tasks will include client consultations, case preparation, document drafting, and courtroom representation as needed. Qualifications Expertise in Law, with specialized knowledge in construction and real estate law is a plus. Skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting comprehensive Research Proficiency in Negotiation techniques Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan Seniority level:
