Cornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit certified in trauma-informed care that provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services to help children and families improve their safety and health by making positive changes in their lives. Each year, our team empowers children and families in Kansas, Missouri, and beyond through three key service areas: Youth & Family Support - We help youth gain independence through social and living support programs while empowering families with the skills and resources they need to become resilient and successful. Foster Care & Adoption - We reunify and unite families while recruiting and providing support to foster parents and youth in foster care. Education & Community Trainings - We help students achieve academic success while giving educators the tools to create safe learning environments to improve their students' behaviors and offer innovative learning opportunities to build and improve knowledge in the community. We are seeking a Functional Family Therapist I-II to join our team. Your role will provide Functional Family Therapy services to referred families. The therapist will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. As a member of the Clinical Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager - FFT. WHAT YOU WILL DO

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required. Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model. Utilize other systems required, such as My Avatar, to manage confidential client information. Monitors progress in treatment and adjusts the phase of treatment as indicated. Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of the phase system Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral. WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Our ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, a master's degree preferred, although we will consider a bachelor's degree in the social sector, accompanied by relevant experience. Other minimum requirements: Professional licensure (e.g., LMSW, PLPC, LMFT, LPC, etc.) REQUIREMENTS

At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation In addition to the above requirements, the incumbent must: Complete Sanctuary training in a timely manner. Complete Functional Family Therapy training and seek to adhere to the model. Have a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance. Follow all agency policies. Be able to pass State Abuse, Neglect, and criminal background checks. Be able to carry out the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation. Perform all job duties in a manner that demonstrates a commitment to Sanctuary values and practices. Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the cultural and ethnic diversity of clients, staff, and other community partners. Starting Salary: $55,000 - $59,000 (Annually) Bonus:

$2,500 total bonus ($1,000 Sign-on Bonus paid on first paycheck, and $1,500 Retention Bonus paid after 12 months of service.) This position requires travel to and from clients\' households. Travel regions include but are not limited to: Saline, Ottawa, Jewell, Mitchell, Lincoln, McPherson, Harvey, Republic, Riley & Marion County. CORNERSTONES OF CARE'S BENEFITS
