And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.**Required Technical and Professional Experience*** 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in a senior technical architect or lead role.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).* Architect and implement solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.* Design hybrid coexistence (mail flow, GAL sync, free/busy) and leverage third-party migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, SkyKick).* Develop hybrid identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Protection.* Implement AAD Connect, Pass-through Authentication, and Federation for secure identity management.* Establish governance frameworks for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.* Deploy Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, retention policies, and compliance solutions (eDiscovery, Insider Risk, Purview).* Design and document large-scale migration architectures (10,000+ seats, multi-geo).* Address network and performance considerations (direct internet breakout, Zscaler, ExpressRoute).* Produce high-level designs (HLDs), migration playbooks, and executive roadmaps.* Advise C-level stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.* Mentor delivery engineers and manage project risks.* Administer Microsoft Teams (policies, voice settings, licensing).* Provision users (voice licenses, phone numbers), configure call queues, auto attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, call forwarding, and delegation.* Implement PSTN connectivity: Microsoft Calling Plans, Direct Routing (SBC), Operator Connect.* Design enterprise-scale voice solutions and deploy/manage SBCs (Session Border Controllers).* Troubleshoot SIP protocol and support hybrid voice scenarios (Skype for Business migrations, on-prem telephony integration).* Plan and monitor QoS for voice/video traffic.* Integrate Teams with contact centers and third-party voice applications.* Ensure security and compliance for voice (call recording, encryption, regulatory compliance).* Use PowerShell for bulk provisioning and advanced policy configuration.* Integrate Teams-certified devices (desk phones, conference systems).* Microsoft Teams (collaboration + calling), Teams Phone System (cloud PBX), Microsoft 365 E5/Teams Phone licenses, Exchange Online (voicemail, calendaring).* PSTN connectivity via Microsoft Calling Plan, Operator Connect, Direct Routing.* SBC vendors: AudioCodes, Ribbon, Cisco, Oracle.* Network optimization: ExpressRoute, QoS, SD-WAN.* Monitoring: Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard, Teams Admin Center, PowerBI, IR Prognosis, Martello.* Contact Centers: Anywhere365, NICE, Genesys.* Devices: Teams-certified desk phones (Poly, Yealink, Crestron).* Security: Encryption, compliance call recording, Conditional Access for voice endpoints.**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience*** Microsoft Certifications (preferred): MS-102 (Enterprise Administrator Expert), SC-300 (Identity & Access), SC-400 (Information Protection), MS-700 (Teams), MS-203 (Messaging), Azure Solutions Architect Expert AZ-305, MD-100, MD-101, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500.**Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
