Overview
i3 is searching for a Program Integrator who will support multiple Army acquisition programs within the Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM) and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Project Offices. The role involves gathering and integrating data from programmatic, engineering, test and evaluation, configuration management, and logistics functions to develop, update, and maintain program documentation, formulate recommendations for decision makers, and ensure compliance with Army, Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS), and other relevant guidance, directives, and policies.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain acquisition program documentation and periodic reporting requirements, including Acquisition Program Baselines (APB), Acquisition Strategies/Plans, DASC Parade Briefings/Smart Charts, and P&R Forms.
Coordinate inputs across all functional domains to develop realistic and executable program schedules. Support the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), performing critical path and risk analyses to determine schedule realism and schedule drivers.
Analyze and assist with program cost estimating activities and support the development of program budget formulation and allocation activities, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Program Reviews, Weapon Systems Reviews (WSR), and Long Range Investment Requirements Analysis (LIRA).
Provide input during the preparation of contractual documentation, including plans, strategies, and work statements.
Provide programmatic expertise in meetings and working group meetings and ensure recommendations and proposed courses of action are aligned with cost, performance, and schedule constraints.
Prepare both internal and external communications products, including meeting notes and executive summaries, white papers, information papers, and program status briefings.
An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain.
Bachelor’s Degree (Arts or Sciences).
20+ years of relevant experience.
DoD acquisition experience, with specific experience in Weapon Systems Integration, Program Integration, and/or Project/Product/Program Management.
Strong understanding of Army acquisition processes and program milestone documentation.
Capability to conduct independent analyses, evaluations, and assessments of programmatic issues.
Experience working individually as well as organizing and facilitating working groups.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to prepare detailed written reports and briefings suitable for senior leadership.
Prior programmatic experience with C-RAM/IAMD systems/products (e.g., FAAD C2, AMDPCS, RAM Warn, IBCS) is highly desirable.
Program Management certification from Defense Acquisition University (Level III) or the Project Management Institute is desirable.
