Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities
As the Acumatica Administrator, be the go-to resource for day-to-day Acumatica inquiries, user support, system configuration, and process optimization. Collaborate with operations, finance, warehouse, and production teams to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and maximize system usage. Serve as primary point of contact for Acumatica-related questions and support requests. Administer and maintain WMS and Production modules, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations. Configure Acumatica to support evolving business requirements. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and inquiries to improve visibility across departments. Manage user setup, permissions, and security settings. Partner with IT, operations, and leadership to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements. Train and support users to increase adoption and system efficiency. Document processes, changes, and best practices for ongoing use. Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Acumatica Administrator, Analyst, or Super User. Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Distribution operations. Hands-on experience with WMS and Production modules (required). Ability to design and maintain dashboards, reports, and generic inquiries. Familiarity with system configuration, security, and user management. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Strong communication skills for working across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Skills
Acumatica certifications (System Administrator, Business Consultant, or Manufacturing/WMS). SQL, Excel, or BI reporting knowledge. Previous experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
