Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Position Summary The ERP Administrator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company’s SAP S/4HANA system to ensure reliable performance across all business functions. This position serves as a key resource for user support, system configuration, and continuous improvement of ERP processes. The ERP Administrator will work closely with IT, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate data flow and maximize the effectiveness of our ERP investment.

Responsibilities System Administration

Maintain and support SAP S/4HANA, including user access, permissions, and security roles.

Monitor system performance and coordinate with SAP support or implementation partners to resolve issues.

Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades in alignment with IT policies.

User Support and Training

Provide daily support to ERP users across all departments.

Develop and update user guides, documentation, and process instructions.

Conduct individual and group training sessions to improve system understanding and usage.

Data and Reporting

Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all modules.

Assist departments with reporting needs, including data extraction and report creation.

Support data validation and testing during upgrades or process changes.

Process Improvement

Partner with department leaders to identify and implement process improvements within SAP.

Assist with new functionality rollouts, testing, and user acceptance.

Recommend and implement system configurations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Security and Compliance

Ensure compliance with IT and company security standards for user access and data protection.

Support internal and external audits related to ERP usage and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3–5 years of ERP administration experience, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.

Knowledge of SAP system architecture, Fiori applications, and integration points between modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in system administration or related area.

Experience with data reporting tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.

Familiarity with EDI, API, or middleware integrations.
