Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Functional Architect / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, Agile methodologies, and business analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functional flow, and the ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions. Responsibilities
Business Analysis and Solution Architecture: Understand business needs and define solutions that address and simplify the complexities of technology integration, system architecture, and Salesforce implementation. Craft comprehensive Salesforce blueprints, detailing data structures, system integrations, custom features, security measures, and user experience. Requirements Gathering: Facilitate requirements gathering, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements. Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes, system functionality/tools, and user stories using Agile Scrum methodologies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, clearly communicating needs, aligning expectations, and guiding development teams on delivery priorities. System Integration: Orchestrate the integration of Salesforce with external systems such as ERPs, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and business process continuity. User Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure proper usage and adoption of Salesforce solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users. Create reports and dashboards to drive visibility and usage of Salesforce. Manage Custom configurations and setup to support custom applications built using the LWC framework. Qualifications
Experience: Over 15 years in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and User Story elaboration in Agile and waterfall models. At least 10 years in a business analyst role and gathering requirements for custom applications on Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform. Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience as a business analyst and solution architect in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and third-party app implementation and integration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and data migrations. Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, managing multi-vendor environments, and delivering high-impact CRM solutions on time and within budget. Communication: Excellent ability to facilitate workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable terms. Additional: Solid experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ; experience in requirement gathering, user story development, and creating a solution blueprint; strong in SOQL and data import/export; ability to communicate with executives and developers; experience with requirements and illustration using tools like Figma; Salesforce Report and Dashboard expertise.
