Our Distribution Centers serve as vital connections between factories and our retail, online and mail-order customers around the world. Responsibilities
Take next frame in line after dried for 4 hours and inspect for rough or poor joints that need sanding by Frame department. Place frame on lift to start spring up. Pull correct no-sag springs over the spring up clips. Attach fiber wire to no-sags. Burlap or place FLW according to the spring up instructions. Shoot the front edge rope into place on frame. Maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks to ensure materials and components are in optimal condition. Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in production of upholstered furniture. Good attention to detail and ability to work with hands. Experience in reading and understanding production tickets. Ability to interpret simple spring up instructions commonly placed in spring up manual. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet delivery requirements. Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to keep accurate records and follow documented procedures and standards. Excellent time-management skills including the ability to work independently with little supervision. Preferred Qualities
High School Diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently lift frames weighing approximately 50 - 75 lbs. Ability to stand for 10-hour periods and bend and twist as required to upholster furniture. Benefits
