Lead Systems Analyst- JDE — Full time — Onsite: Dodge Center, MN (candidates in Rochester, MN may be a good fit as this is a more metro/appealing area to reside). Occasional Travel: Riceville, IA (same day trips) and Murfreesboro, TN (more occasional travel for support). The Lead JDE Systems Analyst will work with functional owners in manufacturing, engineering, product data management (PDM), sales (configurator), cost accounting, supply chain, and materials areas to design and implement efficient and sound business processes. The Lead Business Analyst serves as the business relationship manager, liaison to the development/technical team, and functional users. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, analyzing requirements, defining and developing solutions, and occasionally leading project plan development and project teams. The McNeilus team is highly collaborative, and the position offers mentoring opportunities for junior/entry level team members in all areas of being a business analyst. Responsibilities

Serve as the business relationship manager and liaison between functional users and the development/technical team. Gather business requirements, analyze requirements, define and develop solutions, and lead project plan development as needed. Mentor and develop junior/entry level team members in all areas of business analysis. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent. Five (5) or more years of experience in Business/System Analysis, Digital Technology, or related area. Experience working in DT supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12 or higher. Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience in business analytics and system design analysis. Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Advanced customer service skills. Experience working independently and taking initiative. Experience with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc. Ability to travel up to 20%. Standout Qualifications

Relevant industry certifications (IIBA, ITIL, CBAP, CCAB). Knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management and ITSM processes. DT Systems Analyst experience in a multi-facility manufacturing organization with a direct and dealer sales model. Ability to understand business requirements, system capabilities and configuration, and develop system documentation and quality software solutions. Serve as a liaison for functional areas between the DT application team and the business. Lead large cross-functional projects and solution design within various functional areas. Lead requirements gathering to develop comprehensive business requirements documents and functional/technical specifications. Manage changes to requirements and assess impacts from business case to implemented solution. Lead cross-functional test plan creation and work with SMEs to develop test scripts; supervise integration testing and support UAT. Provide production support with artifacts and end-user training documentation. Define and create project-related policies, procedures, and training materials. Provide ongoing day-to-day support for the applications team in addition to project management responsibilities. Skills

Core Technical Requirements Strong JD Edwards (JDE) expertise: JDE EnterpriseOne, ideally version 9.2 or higher (migration from 8.12 to 9.2). Manufacturing module experience is critical, including understanding of manufacturing processes, work orders, BOMs, PDM, cost accounting, and shop floor execution. Must understand manufacturing and have systems knowledge beyond business analysis: translate requirements into functional/technical specs, use OMW, configure versions, manage menus, and define processing options and data selections; familiarity with configurator is a plus. Experience with or willingness to learn edge systems (MES, CPQ, DSI, Jagger, Reliance QMS, Smart Team, SolidWorks). Manufacturing Industry Experience: heavy or complex manufacturing; multi-site manufacturing; make-to-order and configured-to-order production; change management processes. ERP integration experience: ability to learn and support integrations with various manufacturing edge systems (CPQ, MES, etc.). Multi-plant knowledge: Dodge Center, MN (main plant); Riceville, IA (component feeder plant); Murfreesboro, TN (battery electric chassis manufacturing). Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125,000.00 - $135,000.00/yr. 3% automatic 401(k) contribution before match. Workplace Type
