Must have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least five years of experience in Business/System Analysis, Digital Technology, or similar roles. Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne version 8.12 or later. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; experience in business analytics and systems design analysis. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills; advanced customer service capabilities. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Proficiency in web-based software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Ability to travel up to 20%. Responsibilities:
As the Lead JDE Systems Analyst, you will serve as the expert Business Analyst in understanding business needs, system capabilities, and configurations. You will act as the liaison between functional areas and the Digital Technology application team. Your role will include leading significant cross-functional projects and solution designs, utilizing your extensive knowledge to manage business requirements effectively. You will facilitate the identification and collection of business requirements to create solutions that meet business needs, which includes developing comprehensive business requirement documents across various functional areas. Furthermore, you will lead the creation of functional and technical specifications based on these requirements, manage changes to requirements, assess their impacts, and track them through to implementation. You will oversee the creation of cross-functional test plans and partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop test scripts, ensuring integration testing is executed and supported for user acceptance. Additionally, you will provide production support and create project-related policies and procedures, along with ongoing day-to-day support for the applications team. Company: This position is a direct hire opportunity, fully onsite in Dodge Center, MN, with a Monday to Friday, first shift schedule. Salary range: $102,800 to $176,800 per year.
