As a TAG IT Manager, you will act as a customer service representative for command personnel on both the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router and Secret Internet Protocol Router networks. A SECRET security clearance is required. Roles And Responsibilities
Maintain updated Outlook distribution lists on both networks. Maintain updated security group lists on both networks. Provide assistance in submitting Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) requests for command. Review and process network account requests for command personnel. Provide assistance and recommendations to command’s SharePoint portals. Requirements
Possess a valid state driver’s license. Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office programs). Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately. Preferred prior experience in NSW/SOCOM network structure and function. Must complete, maintain training and certification requirements for network access. Preferred working knowledge of SharePoint 2013 or 2016.
