Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $99,000.00 - $150,750.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The role requires at least two years of IT implementation/support experience, Epic Willow Inpatient certification, and flexibility for night/weekend work and on-call rotation during major implementations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Epic Willow Inpatient, FDB, and medication dispensing systems (e.g., Pyxis, Omnicell) Analyze workflows, data, and technical issues; design and maintain solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor systems to business needs Document procedures, build/test solutions, and support training efforts Provide on-call support and troubleshoot user issues Review and test system changes and new releases Support change management, QA, and disaster recovery processes Communicate effectively across teams and contribute to meetings Qualifications
Epic Willow Inpatient certification Experience with FDB and third-party integrations Pharmacy or clinical background preferred Familiarity with med load and charge error resolution Decision Support experience a plus Strong technical and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Work Environment
