JOB SUMMARY
The
Food and Beverage Supervisor
is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting team development. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in leading service teams within the hospitality or gaming industry. The Food and Beverage Supervisor works closely with management to uphold service standards, enhance the guest experience, and drive operational efficiency. This position requires a strong presence on the floor, the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service in a vibrant, high-energy casino atmosphere. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise front and back -of-house operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment Train, coach, and support food and beverage team members to meet performance and service standards Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and shift assignments Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Oversee inventory levels and support cost control initiatives Monitor POS systems and ensure accurate cash handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless operations Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong leadership skills
with the ability to guide and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Exceptional customer service focus
with a professional, guest-first approach Effective communication skills , both verbal and written, to interact with guests, staff, and leadership Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities , capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure Keen attention to detail
to ensure service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to standards Proficiency with POS systems , inventory tracking, and standard office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
to resolve guest issues and operational challenges efficiently Understanding of food safety and alcohol service regulations , with a commitment to compliance and responsible service Cash handling accuracy
and basic knowledge of labor and cost controls Flexibility to work varied shifts , including nights, weekends, and holidays EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality, preferably in a casino or high-volume environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
