Leadstrategy, architecture, and governanceforagentic AIandRAGacross large enterprises (10k+ apps, 250+ data sources). Define operating models, blueprint reference architectures, and guide platform choices acrossAzure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Dataiku. Own reusableaccelerators—agent frameworks, retrieval/memory patterns, guardrails, evaluation harnesses, and multi‑cloud deployment templates. What You’ll Do
Client Engagement (≈50%) Advise CxO/VP stakeholders onagentic operating models(planner–executor, tool registries, memory—episodic/semantic, HITL). ArchitectRAG 2.0(hybrid/semantic search, graph‑RAG, reranking, retrieval policy, API grounding to line-of-business systems). DefineLLMOps/MLOps: experimentation, evals, telemetry, rollback, cost controls,model risk management. Solution across clouds: choose the right mix ofAzure, AWS, GCP, Dataiku, Databricks/Fabricbased on data gravity, latency, compliance. Offering Development (≈50%) Authorreference architectures & control-plane diagramsfor agents, tools, memory, evals, safety, and governance. Buildaccelerators: ingestion pipelines, chunking/embedding strategies, retrieval services, guardrail stacks (Azure AI Content Safety, Bedrock Guardrails, Vertex Safety, Llama Guard). Stand upevaluation frameworks(Prompt flow, Langfuse, MLflow/W&B),IaC(Terraform/Bicep), andpolicy-as-codetemplates. Publish internal playbooks; mentor engineers and pre‑sales. Required Qualifications
Shippedproduction agentic systemsor complex RAG platforms with measurable outcomes. Deep expertise indata architecture & governance(catalog/lineage, data mesh/marketplace, privacy, residency, PII/PCI/PHI). Platform fluency inAzure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAIandat least one of:AWS Bedrock/SageMakerorGoogle Vertex AI;Dataikufor governed pipelines. Vector/RAGdepth: Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, pgvector, Elastic/Cosmos Vector; hybrid search & rerankers. Infra & Integration:AKS/EKS/GKE, Functions/Lambda/Cloud Run, API gateways, Kafka/Event Hubs/Kinesis; IaC with Terraform/Bicep; GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.
