Overview

Accounting Manager for a Manufacturing Company. This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with general office and administrative management. Responsibilities

Perform collections and manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) Maintain and manage inventory accounting Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements Record accruals and adjusting journal entries Conduct month-end and year-end reconciliations Perform detailed account analysis and general ledger maintenance Support the financial reporting process and ensure accuracy in all financial records Support leadership with administrative tasks, including HR and payroll assistance Answer phone calls and handle general office inquiries Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Assist in supporting team members as needed Qualifications/Experience
