Job Summary The School of Business & Technology (SBT) invites applicants for adjunct faculty for its undergraduate programs: Accounting, Applied Economics, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Management, Marketing, Organizational Behavior. Adjunct faculty are hired on a course-by-course basis in Duluth, St. Paul, St. Cloud, and other locations.
Key Responsibilities Adjunct faculty may teach courses in programs for which they are qualified and/or knowledgeable. Responsibilities include creating a conducive learning environment, preparing course materials, attending faculty meetings, and maintaining contact hours. They should demonstrate commitment to SB&T's mission, goals, and objectives.
Job Qualifications Preferred candidates will hold a Master’s degree or higher in their field of expertise and have at least three years of business experience. Previous adult learner teaching experience and effective communication skills are essential. Cross-cultural communication skills and experience with diverse populations are also required.
