As the Store Manager, you will lead the creation of a world-class retail environment, overseeing all aspects of Sales & Operations. Using cutting-edge technology, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience between our website and retail stores for our customers. Collaborate with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train a team of enthusiastic associates dedicated to helping our customers live their passion. We’re looking for a self-driven, high-energy leader who thrives on public interaction. Join our close-knit team of key players, all focused on hitting ambitious targets and advancing the business while guiding the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders. Ready to lead and inspire? This position reports to the Senior Director of Retail Field Execution. How you’ll play to Win Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self-accountability, acting as a model for all team members both internally and externally. Recruit, hire, and train store Associates and Supervisors, preparing them to actively engage our Customers in meaningful ways. Drive Customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Direct the daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates in alignment with Company and Store goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment to meet needs and requests responsibly and timely. Ensure operational efficiency by actively managing payroll, inventory, and paperwork. Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines that make shopping easy and enhance the Customer’s purchase journey. Provide and gather feedback across all organizational levels to continuously improve the business. What you bring to the team At least 2 years of managerial experience in retail. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities. Ability to interact socially with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners inside and outside the store environment. Experience working with large teams, setting personal and professional goals. Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, comfortable with advanced spreadsheet models. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative. Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, retail inventory, and POS systems. Self-motivated, good communicator, and capable of motivating others. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for extended periods; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing. Applicants must be 18 or older. Availability Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
