As a
Product Analyst , you'll be assigned lines of business focused on the creation, development, management and alignment of business insurance products on behalf of 6+ decentralized business units by the Product Manager. Providing commercial lines subject matter expertise and development activities with various stakeholders, including underwriting, actuary, regulatory filing, information technology and compliance is another area of responsibility. You'll interact with external commercial lines entities, including Verisk and state bureaus and insurance departments. What You Can Expect

Review current forms and collaborate with other members of the product team to rewrite identified opportunities for alignment. Develop new products for the Regional Segment companies to maintain competitive edge. Collaborate with product team to standardize proprietary forms with state specific complementary forms. Assess contingencies and dependencies between forms as part of the review and revision process. Rewrite forms for compliance with underwriting intent while reducing total number of forms where possible. Collaborate with Regional company stakeholders to ensure that all proposed form changes support the needs of each regional company. Qualifications
8+ years of Underwriting experience including 5 years of product experience including GL, CP Auto or Ex/Umb. Knowledge and experience implementing State specific requirements where needed. Previous experience writing forms preferred. Knowledge of underwriting guidelines in a Regional OU context preferred CPCU preferred. Direct experience creating and formatting coverage forms. Advanced-level knowledge of insurance products/coverage. Strong project management skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and sound business judgment and be capable of effectively communicating with a diverse range of individuals and teams. Strong aptitude for analyzing and interpreting information. Ability to consistently demonstrate the WRBC Core Competencies and Innovation Behaviors. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
