We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merger Integration Carrier Management Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the integration of carriers for Gallagher’s Select businesses, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on maximizing carrier revenue, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting employee access. This is a critical role in ensuring the success of carrier integrations and driving value for the Select businesses. How You'll Make An Impact
Carrier Integration Management: Collaborate with the central carrier management team to ensure the smooth integration of carriers for the Select businesses. Develop and execute detailed integration plans, timelines, and deliverables for carrier-related activities. Act as the primary point of contact for carrier integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve carrier-related issues that arise during the integration process. Work closely with carriers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions. Escalate complex issues to leadership as needed, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Code Structure Management: Manage and maintain Select’s carrier code structure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards. Monitor and update carrier codes as needed to reflect changes in carrier relationships, products, or services. Ensure proper documentation and communication of code structure updates to relevant stakeholders. Maximizing Carrier Revenue: Analyze carrier performance and revenue opportunities to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaborate with the central carrier management team to negotiate favorable terms and optimize carrier agreements. Monitor carrier revenue metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities. Employee Access Management: Manage and maintain employee access to carrier systems, ensuring compliance with security and operational policies. Coordinate with IT and HR teams to onboard new employees and update access permissions as needed. Provide training and support to employees on carrier systems and processes, ensuring a seamless user experience. About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5+ year’s relevant experience or equivalent commercial insurance experience. Superior organizational and problem-solving skills. Overnight and/or day travel may be required up to 50% of the time. Excels at learning business systems and workflows. Desired: 3+ years of experience in carrier management, mergers and acquisitions, or related roles; experience in the insurance industry is a plus. Hands on experience using the following applications is desired: Epic, CSR24, DMS, CSP, PATE. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical and actionable solutions. Familiarity with carrier systems, processes, and code structures is highly desirable. We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
