$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr D & A Services is an experienced debt collection agency servicing the largest debt purchasers and direct bank issuers. Established in 2010, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our clients and customers. Are you goal-oriented, positive, and eager to achieve excellence in a fast-paced environment? Our pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, complemented by benefits including a 401(k), medical, dental, vision, casual dress code, and more. We also offer an uncapped bonus structure rewarding debt collectors for revenue generation. Experience in third-party debt collection with credit cards is required. No late nights or weekends. This position involves initial training at our office, with potential for remote or hybrid work after ninety days. Job Responsibilities Include
Making high volumes of outbound calls and handling inbound calls for debt collection. Assisting customers with issues and inquiries, negotiating payment arrangements while complying with FDCPA and internal policies. Managing account maintenance and documenting customer activity accurately. Adhering to all applicable laws governing debt collection. Requirements
At least 3 years of third-party credit card collection experience, preferably with the same employer. Stable work history. Strong listening skills and excellent customer service. Enjoy talking on the phone and utilizing call center skills. Ability to make high volumes of calls, using sales and closing skills. Comfortable working with scripts and maintaining compliance. Goal-oriented, metrics-driven, and revenue-focused. We look forward to hearing from you!
