Summary: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, with a concentration on leasing, marketing, and client relations. The goal is 100% occupancy through retention of existing clients, leasing current availability, and pre-leasing future availability. Compensation
Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This range is provided by F & F REALTY PARTNERS, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Utilize leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, qualify needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale, and follow up. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle inquiries from prospective clients, current clients, internal team members, or vendors. Complete lease applications and participate in application verification; notify prospective clients of results. Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company policy. Update daily reports concerning notices to vacate, vacancy reports, and activity reports on a daily basis. Qualifications
1 year of customer service experience 1 year of sales experience Strong communication skills High-energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing excellent service Warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence Valid driver’s license High School Diploma or equivalent Required to work on Saturdays Application
