POSITION TITLE: Senior Manager, Capital Markets Operations Position Summary: Our Senior Manager, Capital Markets Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of agency loan delivery in accordance with selling guidelines, ULDD delivery requirements, contracts and/or commitments, as well as for investigating and resolving and loan delivery issues and ensuring the timely execution of loan delivery and settlement process. Oversee loan delivery analysts responsible for loan data management, delivery preparation and execution and internal reporting to internal business units. Additional responsibilities include the tracking and management of aged inventory, unsaleable loan resolution, as well as the management, review, and deployment of all GSE, GNMA, and private investor loan delivery mandates. Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Oversee the preparation and execution of GSE and GNMA cash and MBS delivery including loan level eligibility and final data validation reviews to ensure compliance with product requirements, GSE requirements, investor contracts and/or mandatory commitments. Manage the clearing of all loan level data exceptions with lending channels, IT or other stakeholders as needed. Perform loan quality/eligibility checks prior to delivery to ensure highest product quality from a loan delivery perspective. Communicate with upstream and downstream business partners to assess new business initiatives, assess process improvements as well as updating of loan-level data. Lead projects as required from the business side to improve delivery processes and loan data quality. Responsible for training new hires on all loan delivery and related processes. Oversee the duties of the Delivery Analyst team. Update Capital Markets policies, procedures and systems to reflect GSE and GNMA announcements, new products, program, and system changes relating to loan delivery. Lead projects as required from the business side to ensure compliance with all GSE, GNMA and private investor delivery mandates, including drafting of business requirements and related system testing. Collaboration with internal groups to ensure timely, accurate and efficient loan processes to ensure loan data quality. Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 10 years related Capital Markets experience. Strong knowledge of GSE guidelines and procedures. Ability to partner with various internal departments to ensure effective implementation of time-sensitive initiatives and identify deficiencies. Working knowledge of the current mortgage banking practices, particularly and in-depth understanding of GSE and GNMA settlement timelines, processes and policies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with management, clients, peers, and outside business partners including external analytics firms, due diligence providers, counsel and broker dealers. Self-starter that has the ability to lead while working under pressure in order to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook), Encompass and agency specific software. Knowledge of and ability to utilize SQL Server database. Training / Licensing Requirements

General work schedule (for shift roles) Compensation

The salary range for this position is expected to be $120,000-140,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
