Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for data and analytics projects. Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and analytics solutions. Work with data engineers and developers to implement data solutions that meet business needs. Perform data validation and testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data solutions. Work with BI developers and data engineers to design, build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI, Cognos, and other analytics platforms. Provide training and support to business users on data tools and best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence. Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role. Proven experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Cognos, or similar platforms. Proven experience with Jira, Confluence or similar toolsets for documenting requirements, user-stories and managing work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with SQL and data querying languages. Familiarity with data modeling concepts and database design. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Adaptability to change business requirements and technology landscapes. ERP knowledge (SAP, JDE) is a plus. SAP BW (Business Warehouse) experience is a plus. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Certifications in data analytics or business analysis are a plus. Compensation

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71,000 - $131,800 per year. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, education, licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual incentive bonus. Benefits
