We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will be integral in managing month-end close processes, delivering accurate financial reporting, and informing effective supply chain strategies. You will also oversee the commodity index price outlook, collaborating with both Supply and Finance teams to assess organizational risks and identify opportunities.
You Will
Report directly to the Global Supply Process Excellence Leader while collaborating with supply, finance, and business intelligence teams to improve reporting methodologies and enhance analytical capabilities.
Lead the monthly reporting procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements linked to supply chain operations.
Develop commodity index forecasts to inform procurement initiatives and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with Finance and Supply Management stakeholders to analyze cost trends and implement targeted improvement plans.
Create key month-to-date indicators and dashboards to enable proactive management of supply chain performance.
Utilize artificial intelligence for historical data analysis to forecast trends, detect anomalies, and simulate various business scenarios.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, analytics, statistics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ analytical experience within a global manufacturing environment, focusing on financial reporting and data analytics.
Demonstrated proficiency in month-end closing activities and commodity index forecasting techniques.
Experience using Power BI and SQL for data structuring and visualization; familiarity with Denodo, TM1, Python, and SAP Hana is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems; highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strategic in approach.
Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels.
Compensation For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71,000 - $131,800 per year. Actual compensation is commensurate with demonstrable experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual incentive bonus.
